This time during the year everybody gets crazy about Christmas, Advent, gifts etc. Neither we forget about the reality around us – if you haven’t done it yet, just have a glimpse at our 3D Christmas Calendar and every-day treats waiting for you there.
However, we would like to share another nice mozaBook story with you. Just a week ago we had a great opportunity to combine our mission to share the good practice about edu solutions with passionate teachers around the globe - as well as help out Santa a bit. We were happy to got invited to Poznań, Poland to deliver mozaBook trainings to a number of ICT enthusiasts. There were a couple of places we visited aroung the city, out of which let us mention the very special one where we spent the day of December the 6th. Thanx to Ms Ewa Superczyńska, the director of the institution, we were warmly hosted by the Poznań Teacher Training Center (ODN by its Polish shortcut), a place that is definetelly one of the most important locations for all the teachers and educators from Poznań.
We offered our time and expertise to methodologists that participate at our mozaBook very basic training and show them how they can implement new digital solutions and modern technologies in school education in Poland. Everybody worked hard there, definetely deserving a reward. So as 6th of December is the day of Santa in Poland and in other countries, we didn't hesite to bestowe a little gifts to all the participants - a mozaBook demo cards so that they can get more familiar with mozaBook later.
Not only did we hold the training itself, but also heard and answered a number of questions raised by the participants. Although we had only for 3.5 hours scheduled time, the participants amased us being able to create their own short presentations with animated objects from our media library as well as from their own resources. Verily, mozaBook again proved to be modern and user-friendly solution for people with different background and expertise-level.
Remember, if you haven't tried it yet, Christmas is all-year-round here with us - there is always a monthly trial period waiting for you! Enjoy and share the good practises with others!
We love being on the road and presenting our innovative education solutions, but it’s also great to see our partners demonstrating the mozaLearn system at the biggest expos and edu fairs of the world. Fortunately, the last two weeks of November were extremely busy, as while our team was participating in the Interpädagogica exhibition in Salzburg, our partner company, Officeday presented mozaBook and mozaWeb at the exhibition SCHOOL 2017 in Lithuania. Officeday was among the 104 exhibitors who represented themselves at SCHOOL 2017, which was held in the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre, called "Litexpo”. SCHOOL is considered to be the most significant annual event of the local educational community for a good reason! This is where school founders, heads of education centres and schools, representatives from businesses and NGOs, teachers, students and their parents meet to learn and share their best practices.

This year 17,800 visitors - students, teachers, and parents - attended the exhibition, during which state-of-the-art devices and educational solutions, such as mozaBook, were presented. Furthermore, the organizers made sure that the schools and municipalities would have the opportunity to share good examples and experiences as more than 170 training sessions were organized, combined with creative hands-on workshops. Besides its new products for schools, Officeday successfully introduced mozaBook with its brand new 3D models, videos, tools and games at the exhibition; during the show, they organized several events for the visitors to test and experience the software first-hand.

What is more, they delivered an amazing presentation of mozaBook at the expo. In the first part of the presentation Lukas Genys gave a comprehensive technical overview of the mozaLearn system and the Mozaik brand, then the second presenter, Asta Jankauskiene took the stage. Asta, who is the first mozaBook expert teacher in Lithuania and works in Klaipeda Gedminu Progymnasium, introduced mozaBook as a learning tool for teachers, gave some tips and demonstrated how to prepare the best lessons with the software.

We’d like to thank the entire Officeday team for their hard work at the exhibition and all the visitors for stopping by and trying mozaBook. The winter holidays are almost here, but so many new experiences are awaiting next year. See you in January at the largest EduTech Fair, Bett 2018 in London!
Amazing weather, a huge line for the currywurst stand, four halls, the best authors and publishing houses of every genre, and lots of incredible experiences… if it is October, then it’s time for the Frankfurt Book Fair!
Mozaik Education returns to exhibit at the largest book fair in the world every year, and as expected, this year’s Buchmesse was business as usual: perfectly organized professional trade fair running as smooth as ever and hosting a record number of visitors.
Traditionally, the first three days of the fair are mainly about business meetings, which comes with introducing, presenting and showcasing our educational software and platform to potential partner publishers while trying to find a common ground and the next steps to build a fruitful collaboration. Just to mention a couple of countries represented themselves at our booth during the five-day span (without aiming to give an exhaustive list): USA, Germany, Italy, Norway, Malaysia, UK, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, etc.
Then the weekend rolled around and a huge crowd of parents, students and teachers gathered around our stand to check out, for instance, some of our best 3D models or the presentation possibilities, and give the exciting tools and games a try.
Of course, some of the biggest mozaBook fans would never let us down so they came back again and again during the show; no wonder, it’s not easy to leave the coolest games behind.

On Saturday, our team was thrilled to host the members of the Lingua Hungarica teacher’s association who all seemed enthusiastic by the wide range of possibilities mozaBook can provide for an educator, and they were already eager to use our software at the classroom.
While no two exhibitions are alike, it’s always worth hitting the road to a trade fair since Mozaik Education stand is usually one of the busiest and most buzzing spots in the entire exhibition. Frankfurt was no different: it served as a perfect opportunity for us not only to promote our educational solutions, mozaBook and mozaWeb, but also to get instant feedback from the end-users and discuss some burning questions with the stakeholders in education. With excitement on their faces, many of the visitors asked our team: Is this what the future of education looks like? Well, we certainly hope so. But one thing is for sure: we are proud to say that mozaBook means not only the future, but also the present, as it is used in more than 2,000 schools in Hungary and in 25 countries worldwide thanks to our distributor and publisher partners, as well as the incredibly active pilot schools.
Thank you for visiting us, see you next year! Please, find the upcoming exhibitions on our website in the Where can you meet us box, and for more photos, please, visit our Facebook page.

Here at Mozaik Education we are committed to the principle that “Knowing that you do not know much is knowing a lot.” Even after more than 20 years of hard work in the industry, we are not satisfied with what has already been achieved. Otherwise it feels like trying to tame a wild cat: you think you are making progress, then it gets away from you. Every day we begin our work like there is no tomorrow, pondering on how school education can be improved today. Only by putting ourselves in students' shoes can we reach our goals ,which is why Mozaik is extremely pleased to see more and more schools join with our partners .
Our Bulgarian partner, Keisem, puts a lot of effort into expanding the number of local schools using our mozaBook platform on a daily basis. We are really happy to see Mozaik solutions have caught on in Bulgaria and will do our best in their further support and development.
For instance, the first regional conference for sharing the best practices in the development of interactive content, using the educational platform mozaBook, was held in Haskova on 21st and 22nd of April. One of city’s hotel welcomed the representatives of 14 schools from Kazanlak, Stara Zagora, Pleven, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, Lovech, Radnevo, Galabovo, Krumovgrad and Haskovo, who had the opportunity to demonstrate how mozaBook changed their way of teaching. Such burning issues as the advantages of the interactive learning and what resources and techniques of mozaBook are usually applied in the classroom were covered during the assembly.
Each lecturer stepped onstage with a 15-minute presentation, depicting how the lesson can be created and spiced up with the help of the mozaBook toolkit. The subjects were extremely diverse: mathematics, biology, health education, languages, history, as well as specialized subjects such as internal combustion engines and economics.
All attendees were strongly convinced that such an up-to-date approach of education is the next step not only to engage students, but also to affect their final results. The feedback from the teachers was extremely positive. The participants made sure that mozaBook is a platform with unlimited possibilities.

Mozaik Education and Mozaik’s official distributor in Iraq, Al-Nabaa are happy to announce a brand new pilot project in Baghdad, Iraq. The project was launched this March in cooperation with Baghdad High School College. The main goal of the project was to introduce our most state-of-the-art digital education technology, also known as the mozaLearn system, to the country. It was a fun project to work on and we certainly hope that all teachers and students involved enjoy mozaBook as much as we do.
The project had several stages. During the first stage, twenty teachers received mozaBook training and learned to enrich textbooks with 3Ds, videos and exercises. All the teachers were very excited and actively participated in the training, asking questions, taking notes and practicing on their own devices. During the second stage of the project, teachers enriched local Iraqi textbooks with help of Nawfal Nadnan Ahmed from Al-Nabaa and Péter Török from Mozaik Education. All in all, 21 textbooks were enriched. The third stage was the introduction of mozaWeb Premium for students, who were provided mozaWeb Premium subscriptions so they could receive homework from their teachers, open electronic books from home, and participate in interactive classwork.
A large-scale event was held on 6th March, 2017 to celebrate the start of the project. It was attended by many notable people, such as the Vice Minister of Education, Mr. Ibrahim Abd Wali; Baghdad Governor, Dr. Ryadh Al-Adhadh; the General Manager of 1st Rusafa Education District, Dr. Falah Al-Qaysi; Dr. Hasanien Muaalah, General Manager of affairs at the Ministry; Mr. Zahid, General Manager of 1st Karkh Education District; and the Dean Of Ibn Al-Haitham Education College, Dr. Fahad Al-Gburi.
After receiving certificates and letters of appreciation and excellence, teachers performed presentations on different subjects using mozaBook. During these presentations, they demonstrated the usage of electronic textbooks enriched with Mozaik’s content, 3Ds, educational tools, and educational videos. One of the students even gave a presentation on the benefits of using mozaBook on tablets in the classroom.
The project received positive media attention in Iraq. Some of the presentations as well as interviews with officials and teachers can be viewed in this news report, and many more photos can be found on our facebook page.
This year, Mozaik returned to the GESS show again, which is one of the most important educational expos of the Middle East. The three days we spent there were fun and quite fruitful, and wanted to share this adventure with our readers and followers.
Although it has been the 5th time Mozaik has visited Dubai, every time still feels like a completely new experience. The GESS show, traditionally held in mid-March, is always high on our list of places to be, since it is a real hub of educational ideas and provides an amazing opportunity to showcase our products. Attracting visitors from GCC countries as well as Africa and Southeast Asia, it is an excellent place to present all our Arabic content. As mozaBook has been fully “arabized”, it garnered praise and attention from fellow exhibitors and visitors alike. In particular, the narrated animations of our 3D models and the subtitles of our videos - available in Arabic, of course - seemed to impress a lot of people.
It might have just been the awesome weather, but everyone seemed very happy to be attending the exhibition. GESS was the perfect place to catch up with old friends and make some new ones, too. As always, Mozaik’s stand was extremely busy, often making us wish we had more interactive displays and more manpower to promote mozaBook.
Check out more cool pictures from our photo diary of the exhibition on facebook.
